4 boiled potatoes2 piece of cash crumbled1/2 tsp garam masala1/2 tsp red chilli powderSalt to tasteOil for bottomless frying4-5 EggsFor filling150 gms Mushrooms1/4 cup Mint foliage (chopped)1 big onionsalt and pepper to taste


Boil potatoes. Grate them.
Add breadcrumbs, garam masala, red associate powder and salt to taste. Keep aside
Heat butter in a pan. Add onions and heat till contain twist translucent
Add chopped mushrooms. Saute for 4-5 minutes
Add mint, salt and pepper to taste. Mix healthy and remove as of heat
Divide the potato combination eager on 8 balls.

Flatten every potato ball and stuff it by means of the mushroom mixture.
Lift the dispersal and seal the combination and form it eager on a oblong roll.
Beat egg whites and stay in a bowl.
Dip the rolls eager on the egg whites followed by breadcrumbs and coat evenly.
Heat oil in a pan and bottomless fry not any eager on golden brown.
Serve by means of tomato ketchup or Mint chutney.
