Exfoliate your skin -
There are dead cells present on our skin surface. We need to remove the dead cells that look old or sallow. One best way to remove is through scrubbing. The process of scrubbing is to remove off the dead skin cells to reveal and expose younger, fresher skin. The shedding process clears the pores and keeps the skin clean and healthy.
An overnight facial-
Make an egg mask to give your skin with nutrients. Mix up an egg white with chopped or macerated fresh mint (a natural astringent) if your skin is oily and if your skin is dry, add 2 tablespoons of honey (a natural emollient). Spread the mixture evenly on your face for an hour and then rinse, dry and moisturize.
Nighttime Hydrating-
Moisturizer are essential for moisturizing and to repair skin damage while you sleep. Night creams that contain olive oil, vitamins C, plant enzymes and essential oils are excellent for moisturizing. If you have oily skin make sure you use products that are non-comedogenic.
Eye cream every night
- The area around the eye is a very tender zone and has no oil-producing glands. The first sign of aging is the appearance of wrinkles around the eyes . So pay more attention to your eyes and to the area around the eye.
A relaxing facial massage-
Take a few drops of essential oils and warm between your fingertips. The pressure that you give during a face massage is a gentle light friction. Give stroking movements underneath your eyes; sweep your fingers across your forehead. Make use of your thumbs and index fingers to pinch the jaw line with a suction motion. Start the massage from the centre to the edge of your face.
