Navratri garba dancing is a very famous dance type of Gujarat, India. Navratri is a festival that is celebrated for nine days. During Navaratri Garbe dance performed around the idol of Maa Shakti. Navratri, the festival nights, lasts for 9 days with three days each devoted to worship of Ma Durga. During the nine days Navratri, party and fasting take precedence over all normal daily activities amongst the Hindus. Evenings give rise to the religious dances, to worship Goddess Durga Maa.
